Introduction to Home Inspection - $850 - $800 limited time special
Comprehensive course instructs students on fundamental issues of home construction. Designed for individuals interested in developing a business or those interested in gaining greater understanding of real estate for investment and personal gain. Includes practical hands-on education with electrical panels, HVAC units, onsite field trips, and more. Provides ICC CE credit.

Need a one day on-site refresher on construction issues? Explore new or existing construction with qualifed inspector to guide you and answer your questions.
Residential Construction: How to Build a House - $195.00
This on-site course will review construction financing and delve into the details of selecting sub-contractors (subs), communication with subs, job pricing with subs, working with county inspectors, the construction sequence, planning and managing a construction job, and “dos and don’ts” from a builder’s perspective.

Residential Building Inspector Course - $525.00
The course will cover in detail the first 10 chapters of the 2006 International Residential Code. There will be lots of review questions to help you prepare for the ICC exam. Prerequiste Intro to Home Inspection or minimum 1 year related construction experience.
