Details
All appraisers are required to obtain 7 hours of USPAP every other year. This 7-Hour National USPAP course satisfies licensing renewal requirements for Real Property and other Appraisers. Taught by AQB Certified Instructor.
Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal CE credit, no exam required
6 hours of real estate CE credit, no exam required.
Course shall be presented during the 'At Sea' portion of your cruise. You may miss out on Bingo but you will not miss out on any port of calls.
Cruise arrangements shall be handled separately from course registration and will be based upon any family members who you like well enough to treat to 7 days on the ocean. Take your next required National USPAP 7-hr Update course aboard a cruise ship headed for the Western Caribbean - Cozumel, Mexico; Belize; Roatan Island, Hondorus; and Freeport, Bahamas. Cruise rates start for as little as $596 Interior Cabin, Ocean View for as little as $696, and Balcony only $826 (rates are per person, double occupancy, and INCLUDE port charges and taxes). 3rd and 4th passengers in a cabin start at just $396 each. These are special group rates and must be arranged through AREA. Limited availablilty - many balcony cabins already taken. You may want to consider Travel Insurance.

This is the National USPAP Course but to be safe Licensees outside of GA and FL may want to verify credit process in your state.

For maximum protection, cruise insurance should be purchased WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DATE OF YOUR INTIAL DEPOSIT. Travel Guard provides the following additional coverage when its Cruise Tour & Travel policy is purchased within 15 days of the initial deposit: 1) coverage for financial default of the cruise line; 2) a waiver of any pre-existing medical conditions that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your trip; and 3) Change of Mind coverage - you will be reimbursed up to $250 when you are charged a penalty for cancelling your trip simply because you change your mind.
