Have you had trouble passing the License or Certified state exams? This exhaustive review of appraisal principles and practices is designed to prep you and help you succeed.
Through a series of electronic and paper exams, this class is geared toward preparing you to be confident to successfully pass the state exam. Practice exams will be conducted that will focus on multiple choice questions similar to state test problems and will be used as spring-boards to further discussion and improve your understanding. Sessions shall include focus on solving the higher level math problems presented in the state examinations.
All students have additional opportunity to refresh themselves on material just before their state exam. Students may make an appointment to practice on appraisal exams electronically in computer lab at no additional charge.
