15 Hour National USPAP course familiarizes students with the current appraisal standards pertaining to real estate appraisal and review.

Course qualifies as:
15 hours appraisal classification education credit, exam required
14 hours of appraisal and or real estate CE credit, no exam required

Course meets 2 days, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Under the direction of the Appraisal Foundation, the Appraisal Standards Board developed this course to review the USPAP provisions as required by the AQB. Confused? Don't worry; AREA's Nationally Certified Instructor shall assist you in understanding how professional practices affect day-to-day work scenarios.

USPAP undergoes considerable changes every when the appraisal foundation issues new provisions. The current 2010/11 provisions have incorporated modifications clarifying language for various components. To receive maximum benefit from your class time, you are urged to review the current edition of USPAP prior to attending class. Please bring your book with you to class.
