30 hrs Real Estate Pre-license credit, exam required
30 hrs Appraisal Pre-license credit, exam requried
25 hrs Real Estate Post-license credit plus 6 CE hrs, exam required
30 hrs Real Estate and Appraisal CE credit for license renewal, no exam required
