The cost approach is one of the three classic approaches to estimating the value of real property and this advanced course is now required by the state to elevate your appraisal classification. It is also part of the core appraisal curriculum required by the AQB. You shall learn about the principles, formulas, depreciation methods, and practical application of the cost approach.
