Details:
FHA programs are expected to generate significant employment opportunities for appraisers over the next few years. This course will bring you up to date on the new requirements to get on the FHA register as well as the most recent protocol for making FHA appraisals. Included will be a review of the new Appendix D to the 4150.2 handbook and recent mortgagee letters affecting real estate appraisers.
