Details:
Program covers all the topics required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission that a student must have prior to taking the exam for licensure as a salesperson. This 75-HR Package Program includes two courses: Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Applications, each with their own exam.
This course fully prepares you to take the state licensing exam. A subsequent course, Exam Prep, is offered as well for those who want a little extra insurance and exam practice. Enroll in full 75-hour Pre-license program and Exam Prep is FREE!
AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
