The course shall improve your understanding of the fundamentals of real estate practice, license law, trust accounting, office management and all the necessary issues needed to operate a successful brokerage office. Class shall review real estate scenarios and case studies to help deepen your understanding and problem solving skills to better prepare you for scenario style testing methods.
