Details:
Field trips to existing residential properties located within the metro Atlanta area. Registration limited to ensure low student/teacher ratios. Subject property shall be inspected to allow home inspectors, appraisers, real estate agents and/or interested homeowners to become familiar with a variety of home construction and ownership issues. Focus shall be on construction related issues.
- 3.5 hrs of appraisal and/or real estate continuing education credit for license renewal, no exam required
AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
