Introduction to Home Inspection & Residential Construcion - Overview of the home inspection process, business formation and operation, tools needed, and a review of residential construction from footers to roof rafters covering the residential construction process.

Home Inspection Methods - In-depth course covers details of making the inspection – what, how to, and reporting – including lot; foundation; walls, windows; attics, basements; garages and swimming pools; pest infestation; electrical, plumbing, cooling, and heating systems; and energy and environmental concerns.

30 hrs of appraisal classification credit for license advancement (CR/CG), exam required
