This valuable, informative class will provide insight into how to perform appraisals on challenging properties. The course will cover case studies of difficult residential appraisal assignments, such as appraisal of unique properties, appraisal of property in restoration areas, appraisal of property when land value exceeds existing improved value, appraisal of lake and golf course property, appraisal of partially completed or partially destroyed property, and other complicated situations.
