  • 45-hrs Appraisal Pre-license credit, exam requried
  • 25-hrs Real Estate Post-license credit plus 6 CE hrs, exam required
  • 45-hrs Real Estate and Appraisal CE credit for license renewal, no exam req'd, no carryover 

AREA class times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for day classes, and 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for evening classes. Course schedules, classroom directions and school policies are posted on the website. Please contact school office for assistance, education@area-ga.com.
