Real Estate Continuing Education
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that all active licensees licensed after January 1, 1980, must complete at least twenty-four (24) hours of approved continuing education course work during each four year renewal period to meet the CE requirements.

Real Estate Sales Broker - Ready to become your own boss?
Agents must be an active licensee for a minimum of three years in order to qualify as a broker. Course can be taken prior to three year minimum and can satisfy CE requirements for renewal. Course is 60 hours and school exam required. Candidates when qualified then take state exam.

AREA's FREE Real Estate Exam Prep will help clarify real estate issues and concepts that you may not encounter on a regular basis. It is available, along with other free math courses and resources on the AREA Campus site.
If you score over 90% on this study guide you are probably ready to take the state exam. If you score below 80% you ought to consider some additional preparation for the exam.
Many candidates attempt the state exams without sufficient test taking practice. As a recent graduate you may feel confident with the subject material but can be caught off guard by the subject matter tested and the nuances presented within the questions and answers of the exam. You should take advantage of all resources you have at your disposal to ensure success on your state exam.

Gain confidence and make only ONE appointment to for your real estate exam. You will complete tests and quizzes with hundreds of exam questions simliar to the state test. Dick Viti, AREA Curriculum Director assisted with developing state exam bank questions. Course Instructor will guide you through terminology, brokerage practices, regulations, and math formulas and calculations.
