To honor our Veterans and say Thank You, AREA will offer the initial 30-hour Real Estate Principles course at a special price of $29.00 (for Veterans only). The course provides 30 hours of credit towards earning both a real estate license AND/OR an appraisal license. The $29.00 fee includes digital files of all the materials necessary to complete the course.
