This course will have a brief review of real estate math and algebra fundamentals and move to an in-depth discussion of statistics. Course covers automated valuation models, mass appraisal techniques, discounted cash flow and more. 

This advanced course is now required by the state to elevate your appraisal classification. It is also part of the core appraisal curriculum required by the AQB.

• 14 hrs of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit for license renewal, no exam required
• 15 hrs of appraisal classification credit for license advancement (CR/CG), exam required
