Dick Viti has been involved in the Atlanta Real Estate market as an appraiser, broker, builder, home inspector and educator for over thirty years. That broad background and vast experience enhances the student's classroom experience. Viti taught at Georgia State University in the early 80s and previously taught for 10 years with a prominent local real estate school. He has created and taught a variety of real estate sales, broker, and appraisal - license law, continuing education, and exam prep courses as well as home inspection courses.
Mr. Viti is the qualifying broker for America's Real Estate Associates, Inc., AREA's Chief Appraiser/Inspector, and the Curriculum Director for America's Real Estate Academy, Inc. He is a Georgia Certified General Appraiser (227), an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a Broker in both Georgia and Florida, licensed as an instructor by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the Georgia Real Estate Appraiser's Board, and on the roster of FHA appraisers.
Currently a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Real Estate Buyers Agency Council (ABR designation), Real Estate Cyberspace Society (RECS designation), National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CREA designation), and the Housing Inspection Foundation (RHI designation).
