Need CE or are you ready to advance your appraisal classification status? This course will satisfy both and if you need to elevate this will help you move up that appraisal ladder to licensed or certified.

This course will cover residential markets and analysis and highest and best use, reviewing supply and demand, testing constraints, special considerations and utilizing in-class case studies. This advanced course is now required by the state to elevate your appraisal classification. It is also part of the core appraisal curriculum required by the AQB.
