Details
This course reviews the sales comparison approach and covers the valuation principles and procedures, finance and cash equivalency, derivation and measurement of adjustments, partial interests, and reconciliation. There will also be in-class case study exercises for students to demonstrate mastery of the sales comparison approach. Course will also present an overview of the income approach discussing formula and general applicability.
- 14 hrs of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit for license renewal, no exam required
- 15 hrs of appraisal classification credit for license advancement (L/CR/CG), exam required
No exam required for CE credit only. Exam must be taken for advancement credit to satisfy AQB requirements.
