Real Estate Continuing Education
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that all active licensees licensed after January 1, 1980, must complete at least thirty-six (36) hours of approved continuing education course work, three (3) hours of which covers mandatory GA Law, during each four year renewal period to meet the CE requirements. As of July 1, 2025 Brokers must include 18 hrs of specific Broker CE content within the 36 hrs mandated.
