Intensive review course designed to prepare students to take and pass the state licensing test in order to become a real estate sales licensee.

Students complete and review a number of quizzes relating to real estate sales. Each question is designed to springboard discussion into a review of the associated topic. This approach enables students to further understand the principles of real estate through repetition, focused discussion, and hair-splitting distinctions arising from the multiple-choice questions. The result is that students have a more complete understanding of the topics and format thereby improving their chances of success for the state administered licensing test. 

In advance of the course, students will electronically receive two practice exams and the subsequent answer keys. Students will have the opportunity to make a request for class review of any specific areas of weakness that they encountered during their studies. The course will cover a broad spectrum of real estate topics handled during the full 75-hour program as well as test taking tips.

There is no state credit for course.
