This course will cover identification of complex appraisal assignments, how to derive adjustments, and market analysis techniques in analyzing complex appraisal assignments. Course will focus on case studies of difficult appraisal assignments. This advanced course is now required by the state to elevate your appraisal classification. It is also part of the core appraisal curriculum required by the AQB.
