Roundtable forum updates annually

This program is delivered each year to reflect current Real Estate Market Issues. Join fellow appraisers and professionals for an open forum for identification and resolution of problems and issues facing the real estate and appraisal practitioner.

Course will assist students to identify, understand, and report on current and changing market conditions, restrictions and regulations which impact the appraisal and real estate business. In addition, discussions will help students respond to business changes taking place enabling licensees to deliver a higher quality service.

Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit, no exam required

Course meets 1 day, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
