Details
15 Hour National USPAP course familiarizes students with the current appraisal standards pertaining to real estate appraisal and review.
Course qualifies as:
- 15 hours appraisal classification education credit, exam required
- 14 hours of appraisal and or real estate CE credit, NO exam required
Course meets Sat - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and two evenings 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Under the direction of the Appraisal Foundation, the Appraisal Standards Board updates this course covering USPAP provisions as required by the AQB. Confused? Don't worry - AREA's Nationally Certified Instructor shall assist you in understanding how professional practices affect day-to-day work scenarios.
USPAP is updated each cycle when the appraisal foundation issues new provisions. The current provisions have incorporated modifications clarifying language for various components. To receive maximum benefit from your class time, students are urged to review the current edition of USPAP prior to attending class. Students should bring their personal copy of the USPAP provisions you to class. A course student manual shall be provided.
