7-Hour National USPAP Update Course
Updates students on the new rules and requirements as approved by the Appraiser's Qualification Board. Course is conducted by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. To receive the maximum benefit from your class time, you are urged to review USPAP provisions prior to attending class.

Students are required to have their own copy of USPAP and the USPAP Reference Manual to earn course credit. Please bring your personal/office copy with you to class. This material can be purchased or downloaded from the Appraisal Foundation (AF) at www.appraisalfoundation.org.

GA Appraisers must have 7 hrs of USPAP every two years to satisfy license renewal requirements.

Course qualifies for:
7 hours of appraisal and/or real estate CE credit, no exam required

Course meets 1 day, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
