Through lecture and practical exercises and simulations, this course will enable students to gain a deep understanding of various real estate topics including: three approaches to value; valuation procedures; report writing and options; mortgage fraud; rules and regulations, onsite inspection, and much more.

• 45-hrs Appraisal Pre-license credit, exam required
• 25-hrs Real Estate Post-license credit plus CE hrs, exam required
• 45-hrs Real Estate and Appraisal CE credit for license renewal, no exam req'd, no carryover;
