7-Hr USPAP - National AQB USPAP Update - 2010-2011
Current standards for real estate appraisal business developed by Appraisal Standards Board under the direction of Appraisal Foundation as required by the Appraiser's Qualification Board. NO exam required unless taken online. (15- Hr Classification course listed below.)
7-Hr National USPAP required in GA every two years to satisfy license renewal requirements.
15-Hr USPAP - National AQB USPAP Classification Course
15-Hr National USPAP course familiarizes students with current appraisal business standards. Mandated by Appraisal Standards Board and is required to become an appraiser in Georgia. Higher appraisal designations also require full course to maintain designation level.
